On the sunny hills of Fort Henry in Kingston, Niagara Olympic Club rocked the AO Cross Country Championships!
The Bantam Girls team, lead with a strong run by Haley Esau in 5th place, placed 5th over all.
In Junior Women, Heather Petrick won the bronze medal and in Junior Men, Troy Smith won gold!

The Ottawa Lions won their 8th straight outdoor overall club championship while winning the Midget, Junior and Senior categories. The Lions also finished 3rd in the Bantam and 2nd in the Youth categories. The club amassed 855 points in total to easily outdistance the next five clubs: University of Toronto TFC (501), Windsor Legion (367.5), London-Western (340.5), Laurel Creek (307) and Newmarket Huskies (243).
London Legion Alliance and Windsor Legion won the Bantam and Youth categories, respectively.
