AO Cross Country Championships at Fort Henry

On the sunny hills of Fort Henry in Kingston, Niagara Olympic Club rocked the AO Cross Country Championships! 

The Bantam Girls team,  lead with a strong run by Haley Esau in 5th place, placed 5th over all.   

In Junior Women, Heather Petrick won the bronze medal and in Junior Men, Troy Smith won gold! 

Great races for the whole team!
