Congratulations to NOC athletes, Gavin, Laura, Heather and Troy on their awesome races at the OFSAA Cross Country Championships. NOC is proud of two top 10 finishes. Heather was 10th in the Senior Girls race. Troy demonstrated a great focus by running with 1.5 shoes for 7 km. Then, literally, with 100 m to go, kicking the shoe off and kicking it in for 8th place.
