The NACAC cross-country championships run tomorrow in Port-O-Spain, Trinidad. Probably just as well they are not being held here….It’s a lot cooler in Trinidad!

Time Change Confusion!
Sorry everyone, Bill has just commented from Alabama that with the time zone difference, their rendevous at the webcam will be 5:30pm NOT 3:30pm. My fault!
