Hi Everyone,

Things are going great here. Weather has been a little cool here (if you call 19 cool, sorry). It has been great for workouts though, today we worked them hard today and everyone ran great!

Yesterday was good – we worked on core and drills. State park runs have been awesome – great trails and ‘gators!
