Really outstanding performances in the DSBN Secondary / Elementary Zone / Group Meets…

Troy’s time in the 1500 was 3:59 at the pre-zone 4 meet at NOC last Thursday. Troy runs as a senior and he goes to Grimsby SS.

Gavin’s 1500 time was 4:38 which blew right through the previous meet record of 4:42! and shattered his PB. This was a DSBN Group meet 5 at the Mohawk Sports Complex in Hamilton last Wednesday. Gavin runs in the Midget age category, and he goes to Central Public school.

Congratulations Troy and Gavin…You “do us proud” indeed. You must be looking forward with relish to the finals in June!
