From Joanne (and Trudie): Hey Trudie and I ran in the 1st annual Niagara Falls womens 1/2 marathon yesterday. Trudie rocked!! 1:40:57, 1st in age and 15/1100 overall!! I rocked for a XXyr old, 1:45:46, 3rd in age and 36/1100 overall.

Roy and Stilwell lead Canadian wheelchair racers into Swiss Series
Eighteen of Canada’s best wheelchair racers, including world record holders Diane Roy of Sherbrooke, Que., and Michelle Stilwell of Nanoose Bay, B.C., have traveled to Switzerland to compete in a series of meets being held May 17, 19 and 20.
