| JENNIFER JOYCE NAMED TO IAAF ATHLETES’ COMMISSION |
| We would like to congratulate Jennifer Joyce on her appointment to the IAAF Athletes’ Commission for a term of January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2017. Jennifer competed in the hammer throw from the mid 1990’s to 2010 representing Canada on a number of national teams. Notably she won silver at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
As part of the IAAF Athletes’ Commission Jennifer is responsible for providing the IAAF with general advice regarding athlete opinions representing athletes that are part of the IAAF World Championships and Olympic Games. Jennifer has been Athletics Canada’s female Athlete Representative since 2011.

www.indoors.athletics.ca is your official website for all things related to the AC Indoor Open – the 2014 Canadian Indoor Championships for Youths, Juniors and Canadian Invitational Open. The event, hosted by Club Vainqueurs and Athletics Canada, will take place at the newly renovated Complexe sportif Claude-Robillard March 14 – 16. The site features all the latest information including the draft schedule and technical package. |
