Happy Hallowe’en! No practice on Thursday, October 31st.
No practice on Saturday, November 2nd. The coaches will be at OFSAA cheering on Avery, Megan, Cailen, Kayla, Gavin, Laura and Kristen.

We will be sending out some training programs to the athletes tomorrow.
See you all on Monday, November 4th!
