When Heather Petrick travelled to Hillsdale Michigan in April, with fellow NOC athletes Alannah MacDonald and Troy Smith, for the NCAA “Gina Relays” little did she realize that she would run the fastest 5000m by an Ontario under 19 (U19) female athlete EVER!

Her time of 16:42.64 broke the U19 5000m record by over 30 seconds!

Good job Heather! NOC Rocks!
