I am the host of Niagara Colleges second annual 5K charity run, The Spring Sprint-a-Thon. All the proceeds of the event will go to The Many Hands Project and Port Cares.
The event is taking place on March 23rd at Niagara College and goes through Woodend Conservation area. The day will start at 8:30 with registration and race kit pick up, 9:30 warm up session, 10:00 race begins and from 11:00 – 1:00 an after race celebration featuring lunch, silent auction, prizes and after-race care provided by the Sports Chiropractic and Performance Center.
