The Niagara Olympic Track and Field Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, January 26th at 10:00 am in the Clubhouse.

Each athlete should be represented by a parent or guardian who can vote on their behalf.

The purpose of the AGM is to:

• Review the activities of 2012
• Approve the budget for 2013
• Accept nominations for new members for the Board of Directors
• Vote on any motions for changes to the Constitution.
