Important Training Schedule Changes in May

It is necessary to change some of the May work outs to Sundays (from Mondays) for three weeks to accommodate the competition schedule.  So, we will train at 3:00pm (enough time to eat lunch, and be done the work in time for Sunday dinner) on the 13th, 20th, and 27th.
