The responsibilities of a member of the Board of Directors for the Niagara Olympic Club includes the following:
- Adhere to the Athletics Ontario Member Conduct Policy, the Athletics Canada Member Policy, and the Niagara Olympic Club Conduct Policy.
- Promote the purpose of NOC as per the constitution and promote the wellbeing of all members of NOC.
- Contribute to the governance and decisions of the Board.
- Collaborate with the board of directors and coaches to implement programs and plan activities.
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to Board discussion and private member information.
- Maintain open communication with the Board of Directors and Coaches.
- Attend regular Board meetings.
- Represent the best interests of the running and track and field community.
