For High School Track and Field Programs, student athletes can get an early edge over their competition by training through the winter months and arriving for the outdoor season ready to really compete.
High School Cross-Country programs can truly excel when their running athletes are fully speed-trained and conditioned from a summer of training and competitions.
For Niagara High School running enthusiasts (from Grade 8 if the student wants to join their High School Track and Field Program in the Fall), come and try us out on a Thursday evening (check our Calendar before you come, in case there is a last-minute schedule change).
